Introduction
DDR-iPod Recovery is a good software to convert, compress and recover music file in iPod. It is a very popular software for who love to listening music. The software is using Graphical User-Interface, so it is quite user-friendly. User or customer can familiar with it easily. Although it is a good software, but it still lack with some functions.
Short Description
We want to add more usable features on this software. This project is to make the software can recover MKV, WMV, and TS file type. In a recent year, MKV and TS file is become more general. We want to get a high market share to compete with other software. We will make the software become only 700KB; it is because we want to decrease the download time to make it more save space. We will add a recovery button at the interface become more user friendly, it can automatic to recover all the file that are missing. This feature can help the user who don’t know how to use computer. Testing Method
we testing the software in the development process, and we also test the software when we defined all the requirement and complete the coding process, it is because we can get most accurate testing.
Project Plan
The computer hardware that we using are listed at below. This project are using 36 days to finish, 7 days to make a questionnaire to get a feedback from our customers, 8 days to find out the coding problem from iPod Recovery, 11 days to redesign the software interface, 14 days to add the coding in the iPod Recovery software, 7 days to testing the software to reconfirm the software can work properly. We will add search function to make it become more users friendly. And we will increase the recovery rate, and decrease the time spend to recover. We will add the name for each button, to make it easier to understand what the function is about. We need to solve the problem when recovering file the CPU usage will increase until 100%. Our target customer’s age is from 13 until 25 years old, it is because they have the ability to buy software.
